She’s my grandmother, the best mama anyone could ask for. I miss her. After visiting her last year I promised myself to stay focused so I can make her proud when I graduate. Graduation is yet to come and she won’t be here to witness it, but I know she is watching and that she is proud of me. She’s the perfect role model for me. She reminds me everyday that no one is higher than me or lower than me, that her baby girl is equal as everyone just as long as no one steps on me. And not to forget she reminds me constantly that I make her happy and that I should do whatever makes me happy in this world. If it’s my dream I should live it, she stood by me and supported whatever decision I made. The funny thing is, she says yes when mom and dad say no and then she says no when mom and dad says yes 😂 But I’d go with what she says because mom will always listen to her eheheh and that’s why I’d go to mama because she of all people will talk to my parents and straighten them out. I can go on and on about mama I have so much to say. But everyone knows what kind of woman she was, she was an amazing person. She was my amazing grandmother that’s for sure and I’ll always remember her, I promised to keep her proud and next month I’ll march just for her. I love and miss you mama ❤️

My little sister and I shared a room with our sister Martha in Riverside,CA. We had a triple decker bunk bed. She was going to college here and lived with us for many years.
